Payroll Specialist
* Naas HireForce is working with a local business in the Hospitality Sector that is based in Naas town centre.
This client has recently expanded its business and is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with use of Hotsoft and Sage is desirable but not essential and relevant training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the weekly payroll processing for 200+ employees.
Assist in maintaining the Debtors Ledger.
Support daily cash reconciliation processes.
Reconcile monthly Debtors statements.
Handle supplier and guest-related queries as needed.
Contribute to the month-end closing process.
Assist with various ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Finance Department.
Support the year-end audit process.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in the hospitality sector (preferred but not essential).
Strong Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
