Restaurant Reservations Assistant is a blended role working 5 out of 7 days per week between our Hotel Restaurant Reservations Department & our Conall Cearnach Restaurant.
The Reservations Administrator role is a great opportunity to join our team.
This role will involve delivering a high level of customer service, great attention to detail and working as part of a team.
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic & guest focused individual to join us.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assisting & supporting the team taking reservations calls & email enquiries for dinner reservations.
2. Responsible for inputting Restaurant Bookings onto the hotels booking system.
3. Responding to email enquiries about hotel facilities and hotel availability in a timely manner.
4. Daily Administration Tasks & Table Plans for our Restaurants.
5. Working as Part of our Conall Cearnach Team with Waitressing Shifts applicable within this role.
