Job Description:
* Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
* Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and emails professionally, assisting with inquiries and bookings.
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
* Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
* Maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system.
* Process payments and ensure billing accuracy.
* Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
* Uphold the hotel's high standards of presentation and service at all times.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in hotel management software e.g. Guestline is a plus.
* Fluency in English.
* Professional appearance and a welcoming demeanor.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
