HR Business Partner – Hybrid Role in the Southeast
Job Details:
* Company Size: ~900 employees
* HR Team: Multi-functional HR structure (7-8 team members)
* Reporting to: Director of Human Resources
* Work Model: Hybrid (initially 3 days onsite, with potential for 2 days)
* Hours: 40 hours per week with flexi-time
* Location: Waterford
Requirements:
* 6-7 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in HR stakeholder management
* Ability to balance operational HR tasks (ER, performance, and absence management) with strategic HR projects
* Experience with L&D programs, employee benefits, and change management is a plus
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting workforce planning and organisational design.
* Use HR metrics to drive insights that enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
* Deliver initiatives to improve engagement, morale, and retention outcomes.
* Create targeted retention strategies and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
* Lead performance management and identify career development pathways.
* Implement leadership development programmes to strengthen managerial capability.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment law.
* Drive process improvements and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Manage organisational change projects, driving innovation and collaboration.
* Promote company values through initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
