Our client is looking for a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist to enhance customer engagement, drive targeted marketing campaigns, and boost event attendance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist to work in a fast-paced, insights-driven environment on national-level projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use CRM data to create personalized marketing campaigns.
* Implement customer segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, relevant communications.
* Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and event day engagement.
* Ensure CRM data integrity and GDPR compliance.
* Collaborate with marketing and associated teams to enhance the customer experience.
The Customer Insights & CRM Specialist experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Customer Insights & CRM Specialist or in a related CRM, email marketing, or customer insights role.
* Experience with platforms such as DotDigital, Mailchimp, Dynamics 365, or Salesforce.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Comfortable with email automation, personalization, and surveys.
* Understanding of GDPR and data protection best practices.
* Background in sports or entertainment is a plus.
