Setting-out Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience sought for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor working on a large scale commercial build in Dublin City Centre. This opportunity is perfect for a Setting-out Engineer ideally with large building project experience in joining one of the top contractors in Ireland who have a strong pipeline of work for the next few years.


Requirements:

* 2 years + experience of setting-out on building projects in Ireland or UK
* Engineering degree qualified
* Strong Setting-out Experience


Duties:

* Setting-out primarily
* Subcontractor management
* Site supervision of various trades and contractors
* Maintain strong health and safety standards
* Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate
* Ensure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract
* Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other professional staff


Package:

* €60k-€65k
