If you would like to be part of such unique environment, we are looking for an outstanding and super skilled Events Executive.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Transmit the uniqueness of the Resort for events, weddings, corporate groups and MICE, developing and promoting the resources of the location by creating dedicated offers, ensuring the perfect success of the events and the full customer satisfaction;
2. Daily contact with Direct Customers and/or intermediaries in order to develop dedicated offers and event confirmation contracts;
3. Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site events;
4. Elaborate “Banquet Event Orders” and conduct weekly meetings for the communication and information of the upcoming events to all the departments;
5. Organize the entire logistics of the event, coordinating and cooperating with all the departments involved (F&B, Front Office, Booking, Golf, etc.);
6. Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers;
7. Conduct site inspections;
8. Take care of the cost accounting of the event.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience of at least 3 years in the same role, in luxury hospitality or event organization agencies;
2. Excellent project and time management skills;
3. Empathy, listening skills, and adaptability;
4. Precision and attention to detail;
5. Outstanding communication skills in Italian and English, both verbal and written;
6. Excellent relational skills with national and international customers with a focus on problem solving;
7. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
8. Advanced computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
9. Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems;
10. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and bank holidays;
11. Driving license B.
This position is based in (FI), Tuscany. Availability of staff accommodation upon request. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
