Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to help elevate the online presence of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, storytelling, and social media marketing.
This role will focus on producing engaging content that showcases all aspects of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
* Content Creation:
o Develop, create, and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, etc.).
o Showcase all areas of the hotel, through creative and compelling visuals and captions.
* Social Media:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a social media content calendar in alignment with the hotel's branding and marketing goals.
o Implement strategies to grow the hotel's social media following and increase engagement with the target audience.
o Collaborate and engage with teams and influencers to create user-generated content (UGC) that highlights the unique aspects of the hotel.
o Track, analyse and report on the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and overall engagement through analytics tools.
o Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize content performance.
* Additional Responsibilities:
o Assist in executing marketing campaigns and collaborate on email marketing, website content, and digital ads when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Skills:
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven experience as a social media content creator
* Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
* Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, etc.) with a creative portfolio to showcase.
* Ability to stay up to date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
* Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
