The role, based in Dublin 12, will be onsite with flexible working hours. The Finance team is well established with robust systems.Responsibilities:Oversee Finance operations, including financial planning, analysis, and risk management.Provide analysis and commentary on financial matters to the Board of Directors, acting as a strategic partner to support the Corporate Plan, promote financial competence, and drive continuous improvement.Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management, including variance analysis, forecasts, new business written, margin calculations, and provision details.Develop budgets and forecasts in collaboration with other departments.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the development of new products or changes.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for submission to the Parent Company.Lead all pricing strategies, balancing sales volume, margins, and profitability.Requirements:Professionally: The successful candidate will hold a ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA membership (candidates not meeting this requirement will not be considered). Have a minimum of 10 years experience at senior management level, in a dynamic Finance department of a Financial Services institution. Team and people management experience advantageous.Interpersonally: The successful candidate will have strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
