Working hours: Working hours of either 8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm.
Contract type: Permanent
Direct reports: No direct reports into this role (this may change in the next few years)
Hybrid: This role can be very hands on; however, they can consider applicants that would like to work from home once per week.
About the employer:
This is a family-run business (construction materials) with offices in Mayo, the UK, and currently expanding into the US. This company has approximately 32 employees and this role will suit applicants with broad marketing experience and a versatile approach to work and working closely with the wider team.
The Marketing Manager role responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand development, drive sales, and enhance this employer’s market presence. Reporting to the Company Director, the Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and market research, as well as other day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications & Experience needed for this Marketing job:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role, including developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness.
* Capability to use a variety of software including WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Office.
