**Job Title:** Caseworker
**Location:** Turas Nua Middleton, Cork Office
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (on-site)
We are seeking a skilled caseworker to join our team in Turas Nua Middleton, Cork office. As a caseworker, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide personalized employment support services.

Turas Nua is an Irish employability services provider that supports people who are over 12 months unemployed or employed part-time on low earnings. We are committed to delivering intensive, targeted, and personalized employment support services.
**Purpose of Role
As a caseworker, you will manage a caseload of clients, coordinating internal support specialists and external organizations to provide a planned support service. You will also provide one-to-one advice and support to guide clients' progress towards employment.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support when the client is job ready
* Identify, structure, and recommend training solutions in consultation with in-house tutors
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market
* Organize daily schedules, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, online meetings, and email correspondence with clients and other service providers
**Essential Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent
* Minimum of three years' experience working in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
* Strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Fluent written and spoken English
