Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Agent with experience in motor, van, and home insurance. This role involves managing customer queries, policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and retention efforts. It offers the opportunity to gain experience in customer service, retention, and policy administration, with a focus on providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle all aspects of personal lines, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and after-sales inquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Work towards retention targets by ensuring high renewal rates
* Keep customer data up to date using applied relay systems
* Efficiently respond to customer requests and inquiries
* Process administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of applied systems (Relay) is an advantage
* Clear communication and negotiation skills
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines insurance
* APA qualified or working towards qualification
