Key Responsibilities:
* Management and Delivery of Comprehensive Bid Submissions & Writing:
o Lead the bid writing process and ensure all deadlines are met.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling bid proposals.
* Bid Content Review and Enhancement:
o Review and enhance bid content for clarity, consistency, and compliance.
* Document Management:
o Maintain a repository of bid-related documents and templates for future use.
* Process Support:
o Engage with varying support functions of the bid process from estimation, pre-construction, legal, and design.
o Track all requests and responses using company databases.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Desirable: Experience in a Construction background
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
