We are hiring an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our client in Co. Wexford .
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused leader to oversee the food & beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to consistently deliver high-quality service Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management on menu planning and service standards Ensure all F&B services comply with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability Drive guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback in a professional and efficient manner Implement new initiatives to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance the overall F&B offering Oversee staff rotas, payroll, and labor costs Requirements: Previous experience as an F&B Manager or similar senior role in a hotel, resort, or busy hospitality venue Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Commercial awareness and strong financial acumen Experience with event coordination and banqueting is an advantage Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings Location: Co
