Why you should join us: The Site Head of Quality is responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing facilities that produce components, assemblies, and finished medical devices. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA standards while driving continuous improvement and efficiency in quality systems. The Quality Manager will report quality performance to senior management and align quality strategy with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure site compliance with quality systems and processes, meeting both current and future business needs.
Align quality structure with business strategy, identifying skills gaps and implementing development plans.
Drive operational quality performance, enhancing customer experience and reducing the Cost of Poor Quality.
Lead quality objectives, targets, and programs, customized for each site.
Provide leadership and guidance on compliance, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Establish and monitor leading KPIs, ensuring timely action.
Develop and manage talent, fostering a strong quality culture.
Build relationships with key customers, business partners, Operations, and Commercial & Transfer leaders.
Benchmark industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Ensure robust product transfer processes to maintain product quality.
Identify and eliminate waste in quality systems and operations.
Act as a change agent, promoting Total Quality Management (TQM) and accountability across all levels.
Lead internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Ensure customer and regulatory requirements are integrated into manufacturing processes.
Supervise and mentor Quality Supervisors and Engineers as needed.
Your ideal background: Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
10+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a multinational setting.

Technical knowledge – familiarity with NCMRs, CAPA, customer complaints, RMAs, DPPM, DLPM.
Industry certifications – CQE/CSSBB preferred.
Flexibility – willingness to travel (up to 10%) and adjust work hours as needed.
