KNOW THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our new store in the heart of Dublin city. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management within a high-traffic environment, preferably with experience in outdoor or lifestyle brands. Key Responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
2. Drive sales performance through excellent customer service and team motivation.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability aligns with consumer demand.
4. Implement strategies to increase store turnover and grow store margins.
5. Develop and maintain a strong, sales-focused team by recruiting, training, and managing staff.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
7. Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and set targets.
8. Organize in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local marketing initiatives.
10. Maintain a positive team atmosphere and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
11. Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, with a preference for candidates with Dublin city retail experience.
12. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficient in retail management software and MS Office.
15. Knowledge of outdoor retail and the lifestyle brand market is a plus.
16. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
