DescriptionAs a Jira Administrator at JPMorgan Chase within Global Share Corporate IT Team, you are part of an agile team that support the tools used by Global Shares to enhance, design, and deliver the software components of the firm’s state-of-the-art technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As an member of a Corporate IT Team you are highly motivated, extremely organised, able to work independently and revel in problem-solving. The role requires the successful candidate to look at optimizing and further develop online solutions using Atlassian cloud based technologies products Jira and Confluence
Job responsibilities
Design, implementation and ongoing administration of online solutions within the corporate IT products including but not limited to Jira, Confluence.
Strong ability to understand complex business processes and suggest technical solutions for areas of improvement
Assisting in the execution of software deployment tasks using customized software deployment application
Able to prioritize workloads.
Research solutions using all available information resources.
Ability to track and diagnose problems for IT products and document solutions
Inform management of recurring problems and any blockers to proposed solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Extensive knowledge in Atlassian projects, especially Jira Cloud where you will be required to assess, re-design and implement Jira workflows, Jira fields (schemes), Jira Screens...
You will need to have experience in best practice design, setup and configuration of custom workflows in Jira.
You will need to implement and roll out new workflows and will need to support the upgrading/migration/consolidation of existing projects.
Strong logical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
Be a team player with great communication skills
Ability to think beyond a task and see big picture goals in projects
Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
