Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
* Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of client information, assisting with filing, scanning, and photocopying legal documents, and monitoring and ordering office supplies.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
