Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management Coordinate and schedule appointments Covering reception Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries Handling incoming and outgoing post Follow procedures and comply with policies Various other ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
Proficient in using word/excel Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
