Location: Dublin, Ireland
Role Scope: This profile is a guideline for the role and may develop or change in accordance with the individual, their manager, or business demands.
Role Purpose: To support Production & Warehousing requirements as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support main Supply Chain Department objectives in line with the requirements of the business.
2. Support delivery of the core Warehouse Objectives – goods in and out, material movement, stock management. Ensure best-in-class activities on a continual basis.
3. Maintain and implement required standards in relation to housekeeping, cGMP, and EHS compliance for the Warehouse area.
4. Complete relevant daily, weekly, and monthly checklists as directed.
5. Contribute to the enhancement of the current stock management system and optimize material movement where possible.
6. Ensure timely receipt and processing of all inventory/non-inventory deliveries into the warehouse.
7. Actively participate in the plant waste and recycling programmes.
8. Be able to react to any changing demands on Warehouse workload as required.
9. Foster a positive team approach.
10. Participate in the site auditing programme - internal and external.
11. Assist in General Plant tasks as requested.
12. Provide tanker unloading resource support when required.
13. Ensure that EHS roles and responsibilities are complied with as per the requirements of the site Safety Statement.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on company needs.
Your Profile:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility.
* Relevant I.T. Skills.
* Relevant previous warehouse experience desirable.
* Works on own initiative.
* Forklift Truck Licence.
