Senior Clerical Administrator
Expert are working in partnership with a prominent employer to recruit a Senior Clerical Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administration, including sales invoicing and stock control
* Cash processing, reconciliation, and lodgements
* Processing orders, recording data, and updating new and existing records
* Liaising with credit control to ensure credit terms are being adhered to
* Assisting with month-end procedures, including stock control and statements
* Customer care and dealing with relevant department queries
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner
* Excellent customer service skills
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:30 pm
