**Day Service Manager Role Overview**
Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the role of Day Service Manager to lead their Co. Tipperary based client's day services team.
The service provides residential, respite, and day services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, promoting independent living, community integration, personal development, and work opportunities.
About the Role
* Full-time permanent position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This key leadership role will focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred services and supports in line with New Directions and company policies, ethos, and values.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage all aspects of daily operational delivery of day services.
2. Provide professional leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.
3. Monitor service quality to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Requirements
1. Rlevant 3rd level qualification (level 7/8) in health or social care or nursing background.
2. Recognised Management/Leadership Qualification (QQI Level 6).
3. 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar setting, leading services and supervising teams.
4. Knowledge of New Directions and EASI tool.
5. Previous experience managing staff and working within allocated resources.
6. Experience supporting individuals with Challenging Behaviour.
7. Knowledge of relevant legislation (Health and Safety, Employment legislation etc.).
8. Motivational and leadership skills.
9. Up-to-date, valid Irish Driving License.
10. Eligibility to work in Ireland.
