Our office is located in Dublin 2 and we are currently working a hybrid model (50% remote working) and offer flexi time.
The job : Working as a Systems Project Finance Analyst, you will form part of the technical finance team on the Finance and Supply Chain project.
The overall objective of the project is to migrate from a legacy finance system and manual logistics procedures to a new ERP solution that will standardise ways of working, delivering significant efficiencies as well as better information and transparency for all users.
Successful implementation of this project will require significant process and behaviour change across the organisation and will entail substantial end user training, and change enablement initiatives.
The Systems Project Finance Analyst will assist on the financial components of the test, pilot and roll out phase of the ERP solution, during which the role will work in close collaboration with other Finance and Logistics roles. For the pilot and roll out phase of the project, this position will require continuous travel to Concern programme countries to assist in the training, data migration and support to each country team as they go live.

1. Participate in initial testing of module design outputs and provide results to the system development partner
2. Assist the wider finance team in carrying out user acceptance testing (UAT)
3. Assist in the migration of data from the current system to the new ERP
4. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the Project Finance Manager and wider finance team on the functionality of the new ERP system
5. Assist in the design of user manuals for training and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders (finance and non-financial users) on the use of the new system.
6. Assist in the pilot and roll out of the new system across Concern programme countries, including preparation for go live, providing training and guidance to country teams and post go live support

7. Carry out other tasks applicable to the role as required by the Project Finance Manager

Skills you will bring
Essential:
9. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA accredited, or equivalent professional degree, with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience
10. Proven ability and demonstrable success in application of skills and experience, preferably in a large international NGO.
11. General management experience and strong organisation and coordination skills
12. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others, comfortable in presenting to management and other stakeholders
13. Self-motivated and experience of planning & delegating work within a team environment
14. Computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel & accounting packages
15. Training & capacity building experience
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
17. Experience in process improvement
18. Willingness to travel to programme countries and spend a high proportion of time based there
Desirable:
19. Experience in ERP introduction, upgrade, or migration projects
20. In depth understanding of Concern’s financial procedures
21. Experience working with an INGO in the developing world
22. Basic French language
You will report to the Project Finance Manager and will liaise with managers and staff across various departments, teams and country programs in Concern. You will also liaise with external consulting firms and systems development/integration partners, to help deliver a strategic programme of work.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract is based in Dublin, the salary is €54,500 - €62,286 (HQ5).
