FRS Recruitment are seeking a Grade III Clerical Officer for a Public Sector client based in Celbridge, This is a month to month rolling contract, 35hr working week with an immediate start required. Hourly rate: €16.32ph Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for the office, providing front-of-house support. Provide administrative support across multiple departments and disciplines. Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone calls in a professional manner. Liaise with managers and staff across different teams, ensuring smooth communication and work flow. Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation. Handle general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing diaries. Work efficiently in a busy environment, prioritising tasks as needed. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent multitasking and organisational skills. Strong telephone manner and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple areas simultaneously. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
