As the Technical Sales Engineer you will be responsible for identifying and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities: Roll out CPDs to Mechanical Consultants, specifiers, developers, County Councils, OPW, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within sector.
Managing inventory & forecasting.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Take ownership of projects from specification & quotation to final Installation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Report on sales performance and provide insights on market developments.
Requirements: 3+ years of business development experience, ideally in construction sales.
Minimum degree in engineering/building services.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of commercial heat pumps would be an advantage.
