Our client is a leading Irish Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy.
In addition to managing large-scale one-off projects, we also provide a Managed Service for capital projects to a growing number of clients.
Responsibilities
1. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client
2. Establishing project objectives in line with the client and ensuring goals & timelines are achieved
3. Execution of projects via an established Quality and Management system
4. Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools
5. Identification of project milestones, monitoring & reporting on same
6. Lead / Host Interactive Planning Workshops
7. Critical Path development & analysis
8. Being proficient in MS Project and Primavera Scheduling tools
9. Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports
10. Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews
11. Develop and communicate tools for the target completion of project goals
12. Provides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
Requirements
1. 5+ years’ experience with Primavera
2. Demonstrable experience in Project Scheduling of complex capital projects
3. Proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects and Microsoft PowerPoint
4. Clear communication & people skills
5. Good time management skills
6. Self-starter and decision maker
7. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
8. Thorough understanding and experience of project co-ordination & management through the full project lifecycle.
