Job Title: Finance Administrator
We are working with a Cork-based company that is seeking an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail.
This position provides the opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance team, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Duties:
* Manage and resolve customer queries
* Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records
* Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns
* Assist with the annual financial audit
* Handle general payroll inquiries
* Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices
* Investigate and resolve supplier queries
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Requirements:
* Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent
* Hold an ATI qualification (an advantage)
* Have experience in payroll administration and invoicing (desirable)
* Excel in communication and Excel skills
* Possess strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task
