Senior Site ManagerThis role involves overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and managing stakeholders effectively.Responsibilities:Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.Checking plans, drawings, and supervising subcontractors across the project.Planning work efficiently to ensure strict deadlines are met.Overseeing quality control and safety measures on sites.Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and addressing any problems that arise.Communicating clearly with all stakeholders.Attending regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress.Managing quality and BCAR coordination.Supervising direct staff and subcontractors.Handling technical queries and interfacing with clients, consultants, and architects regarding RFIs.Qualifications/Experience:Experience ideally within a contractor.Team player with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.Strong interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling packages.Good knowledge of safety management and quality management.Ability to lead with confidence, mentor, and motivate staff.Seniority Level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type:Full-timeJob Function:Project ManagementIndustries:Construction
