Job Title:
A Digital Marketing Lead is needed to contribute to the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies.
Responsibilities
* Influencing the development of digital strategy and providing recommendations for best-practice execution.
* Managing digital marketing campaigns, including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement, and reporting.
* Providing subject-matter expertise on paid marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
* Leading targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across various programs and initiatives.
* Leveraging automation to improve processes and productivity and making recommendations to support and scale.
* Developing and executing A/B testing in paid campaigns and brand studies to refine messaging and drive brand lift.
* Analyzing results, establishing benchmarks, identifying trends, and reporting key findings to inform decisions and improve customer experience.
* Proactively maintaining SEO fundamentals, including XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, meta descriptions, and title tags.
* Conducting ongoing content, keyword, and URL audits to improve user and search engine relevancy of key pages.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree with at least 5-7 years of digital marketing experience in campaign management, email marketing, analysis, reporting, project management, social media, and eCommerce preferred.
* Experience in B2B digital marketing preferred.
* Implementation of Salesforce, Pardot, Sales Enablement tools.
* Ability to set forecasted goals and develop business strategy to achieve those goals.
* Proven experience managing search engine marketing and social marketing budgets and campaigns.
* Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
* Understanding of HTML, CSS, and code structure including XML sitemap submissions, internal linking, and keyword generation.
* Analytically driven with experience in Google Analytics.
* Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills.
* Motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment.
* eCommerce experience a plus.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
* Able to develop comprehensive project plans to share with leadership and other staff members.
* Thinking and acting entrepreneurially.
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Medical devices industry experience a plus.
* This role is remote with flexibility to work from anywhere in UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Italy.
