Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team for a B2B SaaS software company. This is a unique opportunity to be the first product marketing hire and shape the development and roadmap for the function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and drives demand.
* Support the development of a customer-facing product roadmap to increase stickiness and competitive advantage.
* Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Develop sales tools and collateral to equip the sales team with information and assets needed to effectively sell our products.
* Partner with demand generation to develop marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in SAAS product marketing with a proven track record of product positioning and messaging, sales enablement, and demand creation.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and present ideas effectively.
