To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
* A recognized qualification and proven expertise in managing and implementing a HACCP system.
* Exceptional skills in food preparation and service, ensuring consistently high standards.
* Experience in menu design, implementation, and cost management.
* A strong focus on quality and a commitment to achieving excellence.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide outstanding customer service.
* A strong work ethic, with a willingness to be flexible, honest, and reliable.
