Job Description:
Ashton Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to support our client based in Dungannon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare documents
* Record Management: Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, and oversee shredding processes
* Communication Facilitation: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
* Office Equipment Maintenance: Ensure computers, fax machines, and copy machines are functioning properly
* Human Resources Support: Assist with tasks such as medical certificate completion
Essential Criteria:
* Proven Office Administration Experience: Demonstrate success in office administration roles
* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess superb written and verbal communication skills
* Time Management and Multitasking Abilities: Exhibit strong time-management and multitasking abilities
* Technical Proficiency: Display proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
* Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of company information
