Job Description
Servisource, a leading provider of high-quality and innovative recruitment, care, and support services, is seeking a part-time Bookings Coordinator to join its Central Support Care Services team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of out-of-hours agency staffing operations, including daytime cover when requested.
* Adequately fill all vacant shifts in a timely manner and coordinate with staff and clients effectively.
* Swiftly fill unforeseen sick leave and staff no shows, ensuring accurate recording on the respective system.
* Answer phone calls promptly and record communication correctly on the system.
* Liaise with payroll department to resolve staff queries.
* Maintain systems to full capacity and log client and temp contact accurately.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or clerical role.
* Flexibility to take on additional evening or daytime shifts outside scheduled rota.
* Excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
* Able to listen and guide staff efficiently.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently and make informed decisions outside business hours.
* Proficiency in IT and systems.
