We are seeking a showroom sales executive to join our team following a recent showroom renovation.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
2. Establish yourself as an expert on our products and offer continuous support.
3. Collaborate with customers to resolve any issues efficiently and timely.
4. Deliver general customer service.
5. Generate sales.
6. Foster long-term relationships with customers.
7. Maintain and tidy the showroom.
8. Manage stock levels.
Requirements:
1. Ability to build and develop productive relationships with customers.
2. Demonstrable experience in a customer service-focused role.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Capacity to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
5. Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not essential.
