Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive lead generation, brand recognition, and engagement.
* Develop targeted advertising strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing plans and corporate objectives are cohesive.
* Oversee search engine optimization tactics to enhance organic search results, traffic, and lead creation.
* Manage paid marketing programs, including social media and Google AdWords, ensuring budget optimization and high returns.
* Monitor and evaluate Google Analytics and other performance indicators to continually improve marketing results.
Content Creation:
* Lead the production and selection of engaging content for email campaigns, blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
* Work with internal departments to develop client testimonials, case studies, and other materials highlighting solution benefits.
* Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and adheres to SEO best practices.
Marketing Campaigns:
* Develop and execute innovative social media initiatives to boost leads, traffic, and brand interaction.
* Monitor social media platforms for opportunities to expand the following.
* Evaluate and assess marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights.
* Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website visitors, conversion rates, search engine rankings, and social media activity.
Collaboration and Leadership:
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer support.
* Oversee relationships with external partners, such as video production, graphic design, or specialist marketing services.
* Develop and manage CRM plans to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
* Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and advertising agencies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably in consumer, technology, or renewable energy industries.
* Proven background in content generation, social media management, Google AdWords, and SEO.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as SEMrush and Google Analytics.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
* Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
