We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. As the first point of contact for guests, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for providing guests with a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
About The Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.
2. Ensuring a high standard of personal presentation.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. A good telephone manner.
5. Customer service skills, patience and tact.
6. Taking Reservations by phone, email.
7. Communicating with customers via Facebook and Pubble.
8. Preparing Bills and dealing with payments for guests and accounts, dealing with Sales Ledger accounts.
9. Provide information, answering queries that guests may have either through knowledge or online.
10. Listening to complaints and following procedure.
11. Make sure that any necessary information goes to the housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and management departments regarding guest needs.

Required Criteria
1. Right to work in Ireland.
2. Excellent Command of English Language.
3. Customer service experience.
4. Working Knowledge of Computers, to include Microsoft Suite.
