Finance/Clerical Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Finance/Clerical Officer to join our team in Limerick City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
About the Role:
This is a temporary position working a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, with an initial month-to-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, providing clerical and administrative support, and ensuring accuracy in high-volume administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with end-of-month accrual preparation and reconciliation
* Provide administrative support to senior administrators and managers
* Deal with confidential information and maintain data security
* Manage petty cash and perform basic financial tasks
Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced finance department
* Proficiency in SAP Financial Systems and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent administration and organization skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Salary:
€15-€17 per hour
