Our client's busy Childrens Disability Service inCarlowis looking for a Senior OT to join them in providing high-quality care to children with a range of developmental needs. In this role, youll assess, plan, and deliver essential occupational therapy for children with complex needs. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, youll work with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other specialists to develop holistic, child-centered care plans. Our client's service is dedicated to family-centered care, empowering families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to be active partners in their childs journey. We seek OTs who are as committed to building these family relationships as they are to achieving clinical excellence. This is a full time 35 hour week spread across Monday - Friday, plus free onsite parking, incremental pay-scale, generous annual leave entitlement and CPD opportunties. Duties: Assessment and Diagnosis Therapeutic Intervention Family Involvement Collaboration Documentation Program Development Continuous Professional Development Requirements: Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with CORU. Full driver's license with access to your own vehicle is essential. Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in a paediatric or disability setting is essential. Skills: Strong clinical, interpersonal, and organisational skills with a compassionate, family-centered approach.
