Principal System Engineer Voice/ Routing

1. Engineer and enhance Contact Center platforms (voice, email, chat)
2. Design and maintain complex routing strategies using Genesys Composer & Amazon Connect
3. Optimize performance, monitoring, and automation for high-availability systems
4. Support 24/7 production environments ensuring stability and resilience
5. Work with Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
What You Bring:
1. 7+ years experience in voice & routing (Genesys, Amazon Connect)
2. Expertise in agile methodologies, automation, and cloud platforms
3. Ability to lead, innovate, and optimize enterprise-scale platforms
4. Experience with carrier portals (Verizon VEC, AT&T Business Direct)
