An esteemed law firm in Dublin 2 seeks a highly motivated Training Coordinator to join its Learning and Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively support a team of 6 people in an administrative capacity.
* Support the launch, execution, and evaluation of learning programmes, events, and campaigns.
* Coordinate L&D events: calendar management, attendance tracking, preparing materials, consolidating feedback, liaising with external vendors, room management, participant communications.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in an administrative/scheduling/coordination role dealing with high volumes of admin.
* Prior experience in L&D or HR environment (ideally 1-2 years as a L&D Administrator, Events Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive approach to work.
* Able to take initiative and ownership of the role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
