Brand Marketing Manager 12 Month Contract - North Dublin
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for a Marketing Manager with a pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract with a view to extension in North Dublin. This dynamic role focuses on executing marketing strategies, spearheading product launches, and optimizing cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in marketing. Experience in digital channels, OTC products, and sales, complemented by a proven track record of driving revenue growth is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute country-level marketing strategies with a primary focus on new product launches.
* Collaborate with cluster and local leadership teams to ensure seamless product launch execution.
* Act as the market expert, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
* Develop, localise, and implement marketing materials, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
* Partner with customer-facing teams to align brand strategies with customer engagement activities.
* Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Affairs teams.
* Actively contribute to cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across Alliance Markets.
About You:
* 8+ years’ experience in a similar marketing opportunity within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on OTC products and sales will be beneficial.
* Exceptional project management skills with a solutions-driven approach.
* Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Comprehensive understanding of local regulatory policies and compliance requirements.
