In this role you will be in responsible to coordinate and implement facility/utility projects and support facilities management program to deliver safe and reliable utilities/facilities for customers and business .
It will be a very big plus if you can bring experience in developing projects or sites from square one.
As Building Services Engineer - Mechanical, you will be responsible to:
• Create & lead the successful delivery of complex Facility & Utility projects, generate plans, managing the associated cost and time constraints.
• Interact with Architects, M&E Designers/Engineers on matters relating to building services.
• Assist Design teams on development of site-specific Facility/Utility equipment/processes as required.
• Commission, organize and assess the work of contractors.
• Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
• Make life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment.
• Ensure that the design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative and health and safety requirements.
• Generate and execute validation protocols, trials/ studies and create associated reports for facilities/utilities.
• Identify opportunities for new technology and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform and analyze data, evaluating results, forming conclusions & contributing to Facility/Utility process improvements.
• Identify and implement Cost Improvement and innovative Opportunities for Facility Operations.
• Oversight of facilities/utilities preventative maintenance program .
Qualification and Experience
• Work Experience: 2 years related work experience
• Qualification: Certificate/Craft Certificate/Third Level Qualification in Engineering/Automation/Mechanical/Electrical.
