Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring efficiency in daily office operations.
Manage health and safety administration, including maintaining compliance records and documentation.
Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.
Handle plant equipment administration, tracking usage, maintenance, and compliance records.
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to company documents.
You will need:
Previous experience in an administrative role within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety administration and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in invoicing, financial documentation, and data entry.
Experience managing plant equipment records is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
