Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Documentation Administrator to manage all documentation related to the export of products within our Customer Service function. This role will involve collaborating closely with teams in Commercial, Quality, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of all export documentation including Health & Veterinary Certificates, Bills of Lading, Radiation Certificates, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, etc.
* Completion of Export SAD for customs clearance.
* Liaison with internal departments to obtain information and resolve any issues.
* Liaison with customers regarding their special requirements and country-specific requirements.
* Arrangement of third-party agency inspections.
* Utilization of initiative to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies within the Customer Service process.
* Performance of ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* SAP experience would be advantageous.
* The ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
* The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
