Ryanair are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join Europe's largest airline group, as we embark on significant growth plans. We expect to operate over 800 aircraft and welcome more than 300 million guests within the next decade.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our in-house Design team, reporting directly to the Design Lead. Key responsibilities include ensuring all brand guidelines are met and contributing to their development. A multi-disciplinary designer with experience across digital, print, and motion is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creatives for digital and print platforms, adhering to Ryanair's current Brand Guidelines and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with professionals in strategy for CRM, Brand, and Social.
* Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within the Design team while showcasing independent thinking and initiative when working across multiple stakeholder projects.
* Adapt designs to suit different requirements, such as web, print, OOH, etc.
* Support the wider department with everyday and longer-term creative needs.
* Making evidence-based design decisions through research, observation, and experimentation.
* Create layouts, designs, images, and other visual elements that effectively communicate Ryanair's tone of voice and concept to an audience.
* Be organized with files and implementation needs.
* Take advantage of new creative opportunities to learn and develop skills.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working within an in-house design team or agency.
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
* Able to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing skills across digital and print.
* Familiarity with the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and After Effects.
* Motion graphic design experience is highly desirable.
* An appetite to upskill and learn new techniques.
* Organized, communicative, detail-oriented, and possessing strong attention to detail.
* Excellent presentation skills, able to articulate design thoughts and processes effectively.
* Able to multitask by managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a professional manner.
