Job Description:

Due to ongoing expansion, we are recruiting a full-time Experienced Workshop Operator to join our dynamic and proactive team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods to and from various vehicles using forklift/combi-lift.
2. Set-up and operation of workshop equipment including (but not limited to) saws, drilling machines, various hand tools.
3. Assist in the preparation and packaging of materials for dispatch.
4. Operate company vehicles to transport parts and materials between workshop locations and local vendors.
5. Occasional delivery of products to customers as required, ensuring timely and professional service.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor and factory yard.
7. Provide assistance to colleagues in the workshop, fostering a collaborative work environment.
8. Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Lead, within reasonable scope.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. Previous experience in a workshop or warehouse environment is preferred.
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting.
3. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
4. Numerical aptitude and computer literacy an advantage.
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
6. Ability to operate workshop machinery and tools safely and effectively.
