As the venue looks to further build on its success, they are seeking an experienced Hospitality General Manager to lead their team and oversee day-to-day operations.

The Role As Hospitality General Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the venue, leading a team across front-of-house and kitchen operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring guests receive a first-class experience while also managing stock, staffing, compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional service delivery Manage and support a team across bar, restaurant, and kitchen functions Oversee rotas, staffing levels, recruitment, and training in line with business needs Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations Manage supplier relationships, stock control, ordering, and inventory Analyse and report on sales and financial performance, including labour and wastage Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively Ensure all guests enjoy a warm, welcoming, and high-quality experience What We're Looking For Previous experience in a hospitality management role (e.g.
General Manager, Assistant Manager, Venue Manager) Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-first approach Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Solid understanding of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, licensing, and health & safety Financial acumen and experience managing costs, staffing, and profitability Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences This role may also be suitable for candidates currently working as a Venue Manager, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Front of House Manager looking to step up or take on more responsibility.
