About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model, allowing for a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment for those located in one of our office locations.
In this role you:
1. Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products for the office of the CFO and CHRO.
2. Sell the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
3. Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
4. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
5. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
6. Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
7. May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
8. May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
9. May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
10. Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year of closing sales experience.
2. Business fluency in German & English.
3. Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing.
4. Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
5. Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g., workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).
Other Qualifications:
1. BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required; MA/MS degree preferred.
2. Motivated to reach quotas and over perform.
