Frank Keane Volkswagen is located in our brand new state of the art showrooms in Furze Road, Sandyford with showrooms and aftersales facilities that have been equipped and developed to the very latest Volkswagen standards. As a result of strong demand from Volkswagen customers, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Agent to join our team as we expand to become the first choice for Volkswagen in Dublin.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a talented contact centre agent to work within our existing customer service team based in Sandyford. We are looking for an individual that has experience in optimising the customer experience through inbound/outbound calls, including upselling warm leads in a busy contact centre environment.
We are looking for a self-starter, who is performance driven and customer focused. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and an ability to balance high call volumes and customer service excellence.
The role will be based within the Contact Centre reporting to the Contact Centre Manager. As a key point of contact within the business for the customer, this is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a successful and expanding environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist with outbound call activity to our existing customers and also assist with inbound overflow support.
2. Help deliver customer satisfaction scores in line with Volkswagen and Frank Keane Group standards.
3. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through an evidence-based approach to blockage identification.
4. Maximise the potential within our existing customer base to proactively sell from our range of products.
5. Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding the vehicle and associated service requirements.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of telesales/customer service experience, ideally in an outbound function (not industry specific).
2. Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance, and work ethic.
3. Ability to upsell from a core product base.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
