Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic sales manager to lead our Sales Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Regional Sales Executives to exceed weekly, monthly & quarterly new revenue targets.
* Meet quarterly & annual revenue targets set against strategic pipeline of business.
* Formulate & implement nationwide sales strategies in line with commercial expectations.
* Identify & monitor development needs of Regional Sales Executives to ensure consistent sales process nationwide.
* Develop and maintain constant planned pipeline of potential new business.
* Prepare monthly reporting & presentations on National Sales Activity.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years sales & industry experience essential.
* Experience in sales management preferred.
* Third level education essential.
* High level of communication skills, including written, oral & presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
* Confidence in taking on leadership responsibilities within a team.
